Вank debt

In the mid 2000s the directors of one Russian bank which entered into agreement with a well-known German company applied to us for assistance. The case was heard in Stockholm Arbitration Court, where our lawyers succeeded in finding the weaknesses of the wording of the agreement and proved the indebtedness of the defendant. The case was won, and the debt was redeemed in full to the Russian bank.
